Today, Yesterday, And The Day Before

I visited the Wellness Center on Monday and Tuesday after work.  Monday I just did a quick 35 minute cardio work out, while on Tuesday I did both a cardio and weight work out.

Monday I walked 1.91 miles and burned 397 calories.  On Tuesday I walked 35 minutes on the treadmill, followed it up with three leg weight lifting routines, then finished with 10 more minutes on the treadmill.  I walked 2.5 miles and burned 566 calories during the 45 minute cardio work out.  I lifted 13,000 pounds with the weight routines.

I plan on working out again tonight, and I also have to mow the lawn, unless it would rain.  Not that I am hoping it will rain, and no that is not a rain dance I am doing.  Unfortunately, the lawn is pay me now or pay me later. Actually the lawn is more like pay me now and pay me later. But it is good exercise, and  I would rather mow the lawn than have to use the snow blower.

And the Chicago Cubs continue to have the best record in the major leagues.  They might be bewitched, I am bewildered, but millions of Cub fans are not bothered at all.
